Experience
My career path has been defined by a drive to streamline systems, automate workflows, and deliver reliable solutions through DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
Each role and project I’ve taken on has been more than just a task—it’s been an opportunity to optimize performance, reduce complexity, and make technology work smarter. From automating CI/CD pipelines to managing containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, to securing deployments with HashiCorp Vault and Terraform-driven infrastructure, every challenge has strengthened my ability to bridge development and operations seamlessly.
Like my growing contributions to open-source DevOps projects and cloud-native experiments, I’m just getting started.
The question isn’t whether you need someone with my skills—it’s whether you’re ready for the efficiency, reliability, and innovation I deliver.
DevOps Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Designed and operated secure, production-grade Amazon EKS clusters with IRSA-based IAM, enforcing strict workload isolation and least-privilege access control
- Built multi-environment infrastructure (dev, staging, production) using Terraform and Ansible, improving infrastructure consistency and reducing manual provisioning overhead
- Designed resilient VPC architectures with segmented networking (public/private subnets, NAT gateways, route tables), improving system security and availability
- Strengthened supply chain security using Cosign image signing and verification, ensuring only trusted container images are deployed
- Enforced Kubernetes security policies using OPA Gatekeeper and Kyverno, preventing privileged workloads and enforcing runtime security standards
- Implemented OIDC-based authentication for CI/CD pipelines, eliminating long-lived credentials and improving security compliance posture
- Built a full observability stack using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Grafana, significantly improving system visibility and incident detection capabilities
- Improved operational reliability of production platforms (including Fineract Core Banking systems) by enhancing monitoring, alerting, and deployment safety
- Integrated LLM-based tooling (Ollama, ChatGPT, Claude) into DevOps workflows to accelerate log analysis, incident triage, and root cause identification
- Developed AI-assisted troubleshooting workflows for Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines, reducing debugging complexity and improving engineering efficiency
- Applied prompt-engineering techniques to standardize incident reports and operational runbooks, improving consistency and response quality during outages
Kubernetes & DevOps Engineer (Mentorship Program)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gained practical experience in Kubernetes cluster operations including scheduling, networking, scaling, and workload management in production-like environments
- Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles to enable automated, version-controlled application deployments
- Provisioned and managed cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring reproducibility and scalability across environments
- Implemented monitoring and observability stacks to track system health, performance metrics, and application behavior
- Applied Kubernetes security best practices including RBAC, Pod Security Standards, and secure secrets management
- Collaborated remotely with mentors and engineers to troubleshoot production-like incidents and improve system reliability
Linux Systems Administrator (Intern, Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installed, configured, and administered Linux servers (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) and Windows systems, managing users, groups, permissions, and system policies
- Deployed and maintained hypervisors to provision and manage multiple virtual machines across enterprise environments
- Configured and managed web and application servers including Apache HTTP and Tomcat for hosting and deployment
- Implemented security hardening measures including firewall rules, IP filtering, port management, and regular patching
- Diagnosed and resolved network issues using OSI model principles, TCP/IP troubleshooting, and IP addressing strategies
- Supported system monitoring and automation initiatives to improve uptime, performance, and operational efficiency
